can anyone help.when the lights are on full beam they stay on for approx a min then they flash on and off for approx 5 secs then thay seem fine but it starts again after a min. can anyone help please donny mac scotland.

headlight flashing is caused by an overload or short in the wiring. There is a fast acting circuit breaker in the headlight switch. It pulses so the wiring does not overheat and catch fire. Rather than having the lights suddenly go out, It is designed to give you some light so you can get to a safe place. It is not designed to last long.
