I heard my right front brake it sounded like it was skipping on the rotor. taken off my tire everything is tight..The only thing comes to mind is the caliper piston is recessing in the caliper has extra play until i put my foot on the brake fully it stops..Anyone else have any ideas

What kind of van is this in regards to? One thought I have is if the brake calipers are a single piston design then maybe the mounting pin for the caliper needs lubed. Rad

Along with that also your rotors are so worn that when the brake pads ware the caliper is maxed out. Usually this goes with the van pulling right or left on brake application. New break pads will correct the problem for a while, this is if the calipers are bot binding.   This is what you get with the lifetime warranty brake pads, your rotor gets eaten away by the pads.   Ceramic or organic pads are your best bet if you want your rotor to last.     Jaime
