Greetings all, I am currently kicking around looking for ideas to increase the horsepower in my '97 Ford Probe GT. It is currently all stock. Any proven suggestions (ones that have worked for you) would be appreciated. The more the better but I'd like to clear at least 200+ horse.... Thanks again!!

I think you might want to try a different mailing list.  You have a GT which is 2.5 liter V6.  This mailing list is for 2.0 liter I4 Probes.  Nonetheless, the quickest way to make 200 hp for a GT is to swap in the J-spec version of the KL03 motor, the KL-ZE.  There are many PGTs out there that have done the swap with good results.

Wheel horsepower or flywheel horsepower? It'll be very costly to go for wheel horsepower, however flywheel horsepower would be a little more easier to achieve. Go for the WHOLE exhaust system (headers and 2.5' Catback, greddy or borla); that'll be in the rang of 11-15 hp. Then go for an Intake which can be any where from 0-5 hp, no dyno's telling how much probes gain from CAI's. But the way i look at it is, save up the money for a turbo since its the only thing that will cause a large jump that would take you to 200 (at the wheels).
