Continuity is great, but you have to have fire in the wire for it to
do anything. fords are notorious for getting corrosion on the spade
plugs on the relays under the hood. flip on your ignition and go
around and wiggle all the wires going into all the little black
relay boxes you can find. whack them a couple of times with a
screwdriver handle, sometimes the contacts just get crud on them and
they wont work. You've got some fuel, you prolly haven't tested the
pressure on the line, so it could be an intermittent signal to the
pump. When I have spark and SOME fuel, I always think RELAYS first.
