Hey all, this is my first post but I've been lurking for awhile. I just bought my '98 Contour last month and love it BUT...my AC compressor has quit. I've taken it to a local shop and they said it would be $550 to fix it. Does that sound a little high, I've never had to replace one so I don't know. Also, how hard would it be to do it myself? Thanx for the help.
