Corksport claims they will be recieve an FS-ZE (Jap-Spec 2.0L) engine on the 6th, at which point they will begin tearing into it. At that point they they can decide on pricing, but they claim that our engine's exhaust cam and the FS-ZE exhaust cam have the same part numbers, hince they believe they are identical, but the intake cam is supposedly different. Once the cam has been removed profile changes will be documented. Should be exciting. Bryan >

I believe that our own Bryan Pendelton is installing one soon. I'd like to hear what he has to say when he's done. I am looking into one to. You can get them at www.corksport.com/ Later. Jordan

I raced a guy with the J-spec cam in his car on a 1/4 mile track and he beat me pretty good. You would have some low end loss but you get about 11hp more to the wheels. Know if you where to look at our time slips you would see that 60ft times where pretty close, but I could see him pull away at about the middle of three gear and his car keep on pulling away. Know remember that this is only an intake cam. There is no difference in the J-spec and A-spec exhaust cam. I think corksports.com is selling the cam for like 160 something. Oh yeah the guy I was racing was pulling low 16's. This was done with only removing the lower part of the seat and removing the spear tire. His tires for that day where a set of 15" snow tires. I know that if he had some good tires he would have been in the mid 15's. Not bad for $160 or so. Matt Knudsen
