Hello Wetjetsoj,

I am in the same boat as you...I bought the car
in North Florida in late april and before I moved
to Wisconsin...I was getting about 30mpg,
but now I commute and the little car just doesn't
like life in the fast lane as now I only get 25
if I am lucky, last week I only got 22 as well,
well to be fair that is at about a speed of 75..
but its just too hard to set the cruise on the
little car at 65mph. But in-town it does get
better...I just wish that Ford would have taken
the time to better design this engine, it can be
so much better, well I hope things change when
I open the exhaust system by changing to a Big
Borla Cat-back system, for more torgue and a
freeier flowing exhaust.

I have over 4500km (3200miles) on mine and I am still getting lousy gas mileage. I reckon I get about 20mpg around town and 25on the highway. I dont believe EPA mileage figures as they probably test the cars driven by little old ladies who dont go over 30mph. Needless to say I love my black ZX3, its such a riot to drive!
