Just travelled from Brandon, Manitoba to Edmonton.<br>1144km using just over 97 litres of fuel. That makes it 33.3 miles per imperial gallon or about 8.7 litres per 100 km. The EPA figure is 31 miles per imperial gallon or 9.1 litres per 100 km. I'm impressed!!. Looks as if the internal computer does change the settings around 11000 km as my dealer suggested. My last long trip got me just under 27 miles per imperial gallon. Travelled on the legal limit all the way. Bit of a tail wind the first day out.

Wow that is great fuel economy. I think travelling the legal limit is the key, something I haven't been able to train my Escape to do yet.<br><br>Are you going to be able to stay for our Edmonton/St.Albert Escape get together?<br><br>Gary
