You should ALWAYS replace the filter when you change your oil, regardless of
what kind you use. The old rule of thumb of every other time just doesn't
cut it if you want your engine to last more than 100,000 miles.
I prefer the 5w30 Mobil1, but 10w30 is fine for your climate.
