Did you know that the Ford model T turns 100 this year? Apparantly Ford will be celebrating with a series of special events throughout the year. Here's one link I found -

I wonder if they'll have a parade. Wouldn't that be a great parade, with many Model T's driving around?

That would be brilliant. Everyone in period dress! My grandfather had a Model T, but before my time I'm afraid. I bet there's allot of people who'll be having nostalgic memories this anniversary.

My god, has it really been that long? Ford is one of the oldest motor vehical manufacturors in the world and even the fact that they're still alive and running in this day and age is truly amazing. Congratulations Ford and I look forward to the celebrations.

This is great! I am going to go to the Henry Ford Museum this year as part of the celebration! Growing up in Detroit (and having a dad who worked for Ford), I used to go there every year. I can't believe it is 100 years old!
