I just install my HotShot intake today and man what an upgrade; power and GROWL, since I was going to sell it since it was for a GT not a 2.0. I have a Weapon*R filter. Weapon*R claims that they make the best filter, and i also have an HKS Super Mega FLow (which i haven't the retaining screen for) and so far i heard it sucks( no pun intended), so i wont use it. But I was wondering if anyone has used another brand and how good it was. I need another filter so i can change it when it rains (South Carolina & Georgia ThunderStorms, Yikes!!) and is CLEANABLE. Antonio aka Sage Zoku P. W. O. for life!! (Probe World Order)

for filters, K & N makes a filtercharger that is cleanable, and not really expensive. I paid about forty dollars for mine, and the difference is not immense, but it is noticeable. I'd like to hear more about the new intake you just installed, where to purchase, how much, and how hard is it to install. I'm not much of a mechanic, but i'm pretty good with things that don't get too complex. I've been looking for something that will give my 2.0 more power and a throatier sound. It's jet black and looks like a beefy car, but sounds like a commuter. thanks for any info, and I hope mine is useful. Dominick.....94se
