Ok, I decided to trash the single belt setup and revert to the original multiple v-belt setup. The problem... what is the configuration? Who connects to whom? Sizes would be nice to know as well. I have a 302 with PS only. I looked im my teardown book but there was no diagram or belt specs. Please help me out. Thanks, Mike

I don't have specific answers for you but my Bronco has a 3 groove crank pully. The inner groove drives the water pump and alternator; the outer groove drives the AC compressor; the middle groove is unused. I don't have power steering or a smog air pump. My water pump pully has a single groove but I would guess that a 2 groove pully would be used for power steering. I would think that you can get belt info at any auto parts store.
