Hey all, don't post much, usually just watch and read. I'm looking to sell my 1997 Mustang 5.0 to get some cash for a down payment on a new one. Here's the specs: 1994 Mustang GT Convertible 52K miles White, white top, grey/black interior, tint Leather Auto Cruise Power everything Mach 460/CD 1 month old tires Immaculate condition for the age, very, very few nicks/dings. Nearly perfect interior, just the "worn" leather. Runs perfectly. AZ car, so no rust, etc. Garage cept since new. Stock everything else. KBB is about $8900...dealer only offered $3500 for a down payment (screw that). Just wanted to run it by you guys and see what you think I should be asking. Thanks, Dan

www.nada.com gives you a range of retail values based on car condition. www.edmunds.com gives you a trade-in, private party price, and a retail price. Bob
