What octane are you running? Try going up a step and see if it lessens/goes
away. The 94-95 tend to develop leaky seals around the valves. With that and
my chip, I have to use 92 octane to keep from getting that sound.

Under drive pullies.
A chip from either http://www.fordchip.com http://www.rffperformance.com or
http://www.reinhartautomotive.com They all use the same program, and it will
blow the socks off anything Diablosport, SuperChip, or JET could ever think
about as they were taught by the person who designed our driveline and knows
the EEC-V inside and out.
If you get a chip from one of those three, inquire about an 02 or greater
Mustang or Maurauder MAF sensor and airbox, they can burn the MAF transfer
function onto the chip, another thing that the 'big name' boys simply can't
do.
Get an air tube from RichardM over on http://www.tccoa.com or make your own,
definately ditch the 'violin case' that comes stock on 94-95s.
100hp is going to be difficult without spending a good chunk of change. I
have 96 heads I will be getting CNC port & polished, and putting 99+ Mustang
cams in them.

Try http://www.shox.com I am going the other direction and putting on
Sport/SC springs as I don't want to lower my car at all.
