Hey Folks, Picked up a new Black 2001 Edge 4X2 Flareside with the 4.0 a little over 1 yr ago and am having a blast with it. Put in a full K&N System, Gibson Exhaust, Jet Power Chip and a Tornado and it's moving out pretty good. Put 31X10.5's on the upgraded stock 15 in rims and that did a pretty good job of filling out the wheel wells along with really improving the overall handling (nice side effect!!!!) Put a spray in liner in and am now pretty happy with everything. Will probably clean up the exterior by having the Edge emblem removed along with all markings other than the grill Ford Emblem. Only prob I have had is that 2 of my dash lights burned out last month. They are both on the Tach side and am a little worried that this might be the onset of an electrical problem. Anybody else have that happen to them? Still trying to figure out how to get at the things to change them out, will play around with that this weekend. Later, Tony

Tony, Don't know if the bulbs burning out is an onset of more of a problem. But, come on man....all this description of an awesome truck and no picture. What torture.....lol I also own a thunderbird and they has been alot of chatter about having great grounding, for example more than what Ford put in it. PICTURE PICTURE, sounds like you turned the little guy into a nice performance piece. I'd love to see the underside as I've been looking at the gibson stuff myself for my '01 Edge Styleside. You'll be thrilled with the K&N too those just rock and can't get a better intake for your money.
