I am looking at putting either a off road H-pipe/ X-pipe on my 97 GT. But I need to know if it is legal for street use and which will work better with a supercharger? Any help or insight is appreciated.

depends on where you live. if you're in cali, such as i, then you have to buy one with cats on it. i believe they are legal, without them, anywhere else. be prepared to pay through the nose, though. anyway... from my experience the x-pipes work very well. but, DAMN, they are $$$$$$$$$$$$$
