Hi F-150 owners.

I am a new member of this
club and would like to have some advises from U on my
F-150.

I do have a 1989 F-150 4x4 with 5.0L engine, AOD
tranny, open differentials and need some technical help,
my truck has so far the following
modifications.

4" lift, 35x12.5x15, 4.56, K&N filter, MSD ignition,
low temp thermostat, chip, high output alternator and
optima battery, power pulleys.

1.- There is a
hose going out of the front differentials house, seems
that this hose was connected to somewhere but is not
anymore, is it a vent hose or shall I try find where was
it connected to?

2.- My engine has some minor
problems, some times when idling the RPM's goes has high as
1600, what can it be? The thermostat maybe? It is
180.

3.- What engine modification is buck by buck the best
to do? Headers maybe?

4.- It has automatic
lockin hubs, is there any advantage in upgrade it with
manual hubs? Any recommendations?

P.S. Photo has
been added, check it.

Regards
Ray
