I need everyone on the list to put their heads together to help me out!!!!!! I'm trying to have my interior done in Vinyl or Leather. The only problem is (you guys/girls probably already ran into this problem) is the cloth on the seats are molded to the foam inside the seats. I was wondering if anyone can find out what factory seats out of another car will be able to bolt to the tracks on our beloved Probes. This way we can have a fully upholstered ride. Any help will be really appreciated!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!! My email is Fordprobeman@...!!! fordprobeman

I already went that route and they wanted to charge me $1000.00 and said they couldn't guarantee it would come out tight on the seat and not look like a seat cover. So I had two alternatives racing seats or poorly upholstered seats. fordprobeman

my father owned an upholstery shop for like 20 years, and he recovered factory seats all the time without a problem. he's re-upholstered many show cars from classic to euros and has won trofies. sounds to me like what you need to do is find your self a better shop.
