You first have to remove the one plastic panel to the rear... then remove the rear side plastic panel adjacent to it. Once these are off and your rear seats are folded down you'll be able to see the screws and snaps holding down the side panel that covers your speaker. -Lino Sacman, SCPOC

you have to take out the rearmost panel in back of trunk (couple of plastic screw type pieces and some clips), then take out the rear side trunk panels (mostly clips - be careful up near the seatbelt area - there's a few hidden clips thereand where the upright portion of the seat is. then you can pop out the rear panel covering the speaker- be VERY careful with this part - the edge that lips around door opening is fragile!! hope this helps ya! the rear panel is a real prob, I just had to bypass the factory amp located right below the rear speaker, first you need to remove the rear hatch panel (the one at the back of the hatch, then remove the next and the last panel (the one covering the rear speaker) slides out toward the door once the rear seats are down. Also pay close attention to the hangers (remove with a phillips screwdriver) and the plastic pins (they pop out) and the guard surrounding the seat belt. Good luck, you'll need it and a lot of patience Will Hauser 93base mtx erebuni ground effects kickin audio more to come...
