I have a 93 ford probe & I am trying to replace my parking lights, but I just can't get to them to change them. Can someone please get back to me ASAP so that I can actually do it. Maybe after I figure out how to take the parking light lens off then maybe I will replace them with the clear ones for the FORD PROBE. Please help so I can get this done. Thanks a lot PAT '93 PROBE base from PA

I heard you have to actually remove the front bumper cover and all just to get to them.  I know on my 97, the users manual says that for all front lighting replacements that it must be taken to a dealer.  Even for headlights, but I just did those myself.  Not sure about parking lights, but would be interested to know how it is done for sure.  I too want to go clear in the front

i have a 93 also, i had to put the car up on jackstands and reach up the bottom, unscrew a flap thingy (yes, that is the technical term) and get it that way, it was either that or takin off the whole front bumper section, it wasnt too bad, it was a pain in the ass because i needed to replace the socket that the bulb goes in, the ford dealer had a new part that didnt ever come close to fitting, we looked at the first gen one too, it took us about 1.5 to 2 months to finally get one that fit, so, my advise to you is good luck. hope its just the bulb that needs to be replaced. scott 93 se

Does anyone now where you can get aftermarket tail light modifications or do they make any for Probes? I saw a site a few months ago where a guy who had a probe did his own modification and made his taillights look like a Firbird or a Trans AM.   Sean 96' SE
