I just got off the phone with corksport, and according to the guy there they don't have any idea how much power is to be gained by just adding the cam to an 'american' engine. The guy said the 165 horses was for the whole Japanese engine, witch does have the same cylinder head, but also has a "radically different intake manifold" along with the different intake cam. He also mentioned that it came direct from the factory with a "really cool" exhaust manifold. The guy also said there were a few other small differences. hey patty, the guy emailed me and told me the 165horse answer. i dont know, but thats what he told me. anyhow, a hedder is way better than an exhaust manifold. the difference in the intake was prob a throttle body??

patty, it states on corksport that they are used engines pulled from wrecked cars. below, i copied and pasted this from their site All engines are sold without warranty. Most engines are out of wrecked cars with low miles, typically less than 30,000.
