I have a 98 Contour Sport with the 2.5 Liter V6. I'm wonderin if anyone knows a brand where i can get a good high performance exhaust pipe without a deep, throughty, muscle car sound.

Jessica i have a gibson catback exhaust on mine right now. it enhanced the power quite a bit but wish it was louder. its got a good sound though just wish it was louder.

which gibson did you get? read somewhere that the single side swept exhaust was awesome but not loud enough....and that the dual side had a nice rumble to it....im looking for better performance as well as that nice rumble ;)

i got the single side sweep one. i got alot of great performance with it and great gas mileage came along with it too. not to loud though but sounds good. if you decide to get a gibson let me know i can get ya one for a good deal
