I have a 1993 351. Picked up a powerdyne, but the instulation manual is weak at best. Does anyone have pictures of one installed on his/her truck? Thx, Gary

Since Powerdyne never made a s/c for the DOHC Cobra, it'll take some creative engineering to make it work for your application. I think you're better off getting a complete Vortech/ATI/Paxton s/c, because Powerdynes are exactly what you'd call reliable. Just my opinion. -Terrence http://www.geocities.com/tm88gt/index.html

OPPS - I meant to say "Powerdynes are NOT exactly what you'd call reliable.

I'll have to speak up here and say that I am running a BD-10 on my 94GT and have
not replaced the belt or bearings yet. I run it to 6K every once in a while and the friend
I bought it from had it on a 331 pushing 500 hp did also. Right now I have about 450hp and the
blower is doing great. Granted it may throw the belt one day, but one thing I have noticed
is that even though Powerdyne states that their blowers are NOT race blowers, guys
put them on their cars and proceed to run them to the max right out of the shipping box.
Mine went through a 500 mile break-in and seems to be, I guess, one of the few good
ones still hanging around. One day it will go in for a BD-11 upgrade, but for now it
seems to be holding its on. Watch it throw the belt this weekend just because I am
talking about it.

I will say the if you want a blower for the street and NOT the track, get a PD and put
the saved money into other parts. I do plan on getting a Vortech or Paxton for my
351W motor but this one will see some track time.

Just my .02.
