Hey I've got a question for those that could or can answer it. I am curious to know about the Probe GT-S. How rare they are those sort of things and what special features they carry and if or how much better they are than a GT Probe thanks Phoenix

I'd say they are somewhat uncommon. Since I've bought my Probe in 99 I can only recall seeing 2 or 3 GTS Probes. The GTS body style was only produced in 1997. The package included 16" chrome rims (5-star swirlie), GTS logo on side, and racing stripes. The changes were in conjunction with the changes to the regular GT body style. In 97 the older base model body style was dropped. The SE trim level was dropped as well. In 97 Ford gave the base model the former SE/GT body style, and gave the GT a new rear end, with a bumper mounted license plate and large GT logo in red plastic between the taillights.
