I've got a 99 CVPI and the portion of the dash housing the headlight, etc. controls (far left end) has no back lighting (i.e. the knob and lables aren't lit from behind). Can someone tell me if these are supposed to be backlit and visible at night? Thanks, Kevin Villa Park, IL
