What does the radio voltage regulator capacitor do? If it is bad, will this cause my ammeter to be erratic while the engine is running? Also, I have another one of those small cylindrical capacitors mounted on top of my coil. I cannot find anything that will fit the plug for it. Does it have any purpose as well? Thanks, Mike
