Hi. I'm thinking about tackling a redo of the rear drum brakes on my '88 Ranger S 2wd. What parts do I need here? Drums, shoes, all the springs, wheel cylinders (they're leaking)... Any other parts that you can suggest? Shoes seem to come in different sizes, but I'm not sure which to use. Where can I find this info (before pulling the shoes themselves)? How about special tools? Shop manual says I'll need a 'brake tool'. Any other special tools I'll need? Any other suggestions? TIA.

No i dont use any special tools i use a pair of channel locks, and a pair of vice grips to get springs off pair of needle nose plyers to disengage the p break and the most important mt hands thats all i use and to get the ruff break shoue size just measure the drum ok banshee_nut_00
