I was replacing the head unit, front door and rear speakers when I found the previous owner is a true and complete IDIOT!!!!! He removed the factory 6x9's and installed 8" woffers from a Techinics home speaker. (sounded like true sh!#) My question is: is there a bracket that Ford used to hold the 6x9's in the BIG HOLE in rear? If there is does anyone know where I can get one? SO far the new head unit and just the rear 6x9's (sitting on the rear seat....lol) sound 200% better then the crap installed and the blown front 6 1/2's. thanks for any help..... Jack

The original rear speakers are 6x8" and they are some copper brackets that just bolt to the inside of the rear quarter panels. My guess would be to just go to the junkyard or Ford Dealer to find the part. Either that or fabricate your own.
