One recall. Rear wheel bearings. I made the appointment a few days ahead of time. It took about 45 minutes. No loner car. Dealership had excellent cookies, coffee, and a Playstation 2. Lyons' and Ryan's Ford in Antioch Illinois. Really good cookies.

I am at 6 recalls and counting i'm sure. I had the rear fold down seat hinge, the rear wheel retention kit, the throttle cable, the "A" pillar trim panel, and 2 others I cant remember right now for some reason.......Hmmm, i'll look at home and post them all. I have a 2000 ZX3 bought in Vancouver WA. I did'nt get any cookies like mattr but they gave me a nice mustang loaner each time. anyway....happy driving.

Well, I got also so far on my 2000 ZX3 Kona : the "a" pillar, changed twice, thanks to the crappy job of my dealer the first time, Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg, MD (no cookies, no loaner and the car stuck for many days); the seat; the wipper engine; the rear wheel bearing...On top of it, I got, as extra, a complete change of the rear suspensions, screwed already at the factory (how, go figure ?) plus various small problems....the car runs great when it's not too cold or too warm, which means for me that I have 4 months per year without hiccups....at least, I got a nice mountain bike with it, that I'm using more often than the car ;). Among the good stuff, I got a free casio watch, value around $90 ;)..very useful, it helped me a lot to keep trak of the number of days my car stayed at the dealer to get fixed. Ohh, I almost forgot..I got also a nice coupon from Ford, $2000 off for the purchase of a new 2002 (or 2003) Focus...sure! but before being dumb enough to buy a new focus, I have to sell this one, and it's another story.....
