All, Seems that my new temp sensor did not alleviate my temperature reading discrepancy. I know I am not running as hot as the temp gauge is reading. Since I replace the sensor that only leaves 3 possibilities. 1) the wire is old 2) the gauge is jacked 3) my engine is really toasty. I want to shoot the coolant temp sensor wire an make sure I am getting the proper resistance and that it has not deteriorated. Does anyone know what the reading is supposed to be for this particular wire? Thanks, Mike
