I also have another problem that worries me when i have my stang in reverse and am backing up the rpms will dip up and down dramatically. And just today it died this is with my foot in on the clutch?? any ideas?

It sounds like you are not holding idle. Does the engine have any mods? Does this haappen any other time, like when the AC is on and you start to move. Does the idle wonder?<br><br>You could check the IAB thats on the EGR plate. Most of the time they get gunked with carbon and they dont allow enough air to pass to hold idle. SOme people fix this by cranking on the throttle set screw but this is just a bandaid.<br><br>Some more info would help.<br><br>Allen
