I have a 2002 ZX5 and I have reciently found rust all around the chrome trim piece above the license plate. The trim has cut into the paint down to the metal and the paint all around it is starting to bubble. I don't know if the black platic piece is doing the same thing but watch it. I looked at another ZX5 in a parking lot yesterday and it was starting to rust in the same area. Looks like a design flaw that had better be covered under warrenty.
