Does any Manufacturer sell a Shock Absorber, that will last , and last. Perform well, and give a good solid ride. Ive had bad luck with new shocks for my 84 Bronco . You guys gotta be the shock absorber experts. 4X4 Offroaders chew shocks up, and spit them out!!!

I've lowered my truck 2". I feel that lowering in gave me a smoother ride. But still if want to wait for a few weeks I just ordered 4 IAS Edelbrock shocks. There supposed to improve ride quality while giving the truck better stability.

Comment:  On my 92 Explorer - by 45,000 miles had gone thru two set of "Ford" shocks
and again they were going bad.  No relief from Ford, went to Kragen and those shock
have lasted me for 100,000 with a life time replacement (which I have not had to use).

Carl,
