well i tell you my thoughts im new to this club but im going to guess it was as high as a 90 escort gt thats what i have now im going to say that you should drop it another .50 that will give you a 2.25 that will also give you better cornering and a good look with the tiers right under the fenders

Ok, You say that I should drop it another .50, do you mean that it will drop that much more on its own or I should buy new springs? Cause i'm not gonna buy new springs, too much work and money in these ones. Thanks

actualy if you have coil springs you could grind them down on the top and bottom but its not the safest thing to do but you might get the .50 drop you need

Alright thats cool, I am still upset it didnt come down what I wanted. People tell me it did and I can notice it but I guess it will never be low enough. The rear wheels are tucked. when we started I could fit my whole hand in the wheel well, like finger on top of finger and now its only two fingers so that shows a lot. Later.

do you have side skirts/ground effects on your car? if not, ww.corksport.com has a wide variety of them to fit the escort/protege. they might help you acheive the look your going after and you could still keep the springs you have.

No I do not have gfx or skirts on my car. If you saw where I live you would understand that it just isnt possible. So for now I guess I have to be happy with it just slammed. I live on a very steep dirt road so that sucks. I am in a car show today so I will let ya know how I did. Thanks
