theres like 5 torx screws around the edges of the panel...then behind the front handle theres 2 7 or 8 mm bolts ..then it should pop right off

I just replaced my door speakers myself. You have to take out the screws around the outside of the doorpanel first (don't forget the one in behind the door latch), then you have to pull off the cover that's on the door handle(there's a slot under the handle where you can get a screwdriver in there to pop it off), then take out the phillips screw from inside the handle, then pop off the mirror adjust cover by pulling from front to back(the front of the cover has two tabs that hold it on but will slide apart. I think that covers it, you should then be able to pull up on the panel and remove it.

If you check back about 3 weeks in the previous listings I left instructions on how to remove them.

Sorry its taken me so long to respond! I replaced my rear speakers in my '95 Probe Base with 6x9's and the originals were definatly factory 5x7's. I did not have the premium sound package so that maybe why? Dan

You can get a bypass from Circuit City Or Best Buy in there Audio Section,  10$ - 20$'s  You have to ask for it because its not on the shelf.
