i've been reading alot about the brakes making alot of noise. Is the noise only from the drum brakes or the abs? which should i get?

its erom the rear drums..theres an updated set oe shoes..i had mine replaced last month..so far so good

Yeah it happens on mine too. At first I couldn't tell if it was the front or back but now I am sure it's the rear brakes. It only happens when the brakes are cold and the car has been sitting for a few hours. After driving and braking with the car for about 5 minutes, the noise goes away. If the noise is just from a set of bad shoes that can be replaced, that's great news.
