I have a 99' Explorer and it use to drag when it started. One day I go to start it and it wouldn't do anything but the lights were still on. Checked starter relay fuse under hood and it was blown. Replaced it with new one but it constatly blows out. Had the starter checked and it's good. What else could be the problem!?? Please help

I would start by checking the starter relay which, IMO, is the most likely culprit then the cable from the relay to the starter and then the igition switch itself.

If all that is good look at the wiring from the switch, the wiring in the fuse box, the PATS module and wiring, the GEM and wiring and finally the ECU.

Hope this helps,

~Steve
