My stereo is sounding completely horrible, when i put the balance of the speakers just in the back it sounds decent, and when just in the front it sounds good. But when I put the fade in the middle it sounds completely horrible like it is clipping or something. Has anyone ever had this problem before? thanks evan I have a 40W JVC head unit, pioneer speakers, and an eclipse sub w/ esx amp

it sounds to me like your speakers cant handle the bass. you should maybe try puting some bass blockers in the circuit. you can buy them at any decent car audio shop
