Does anyone have a superchip in their Ranger? If so, are you satisfied with the performance?

I've got one , and i've been happy with it. Although I also added an intake and exhaust, but everything together added much needed low end and midrange.

I have a 94 4.0 Ranger, I would like to add an exhaust/intake system to get more power, any suggestions, I know little about the subject. Thanks!

check with www.Kustomz.com for an intake or either the K&N kit, exhaust I would go with flowmaster or dynomax, all others are no comp. flowmaster will give you improved perf. plus a lower/deeper sound. cj

Well to tell you the truth, i wouldn't do it. for the price you pay it's really not worth it. I'd just use the stock one and get some mods in it and then you can have a custom chip burned by people such as jmschip.com, or you could by and EEC tuner and do it yourself.

As far as the superchips go i really would not go that route.

I have some feedback on superchips. They are out of business ! I dont know who is gonna sell this chip to you but I know from good source that ADS is out of business. If you decide to do it to that sweet 2000, just keep in mind that there wont be any support from the company.
