Hi all. Just picked up a Ford Escape Hybrid and ran into an odd "feature". The 12v power port (cigarette lighter style, not the AC inverter) seems to remain energized even when the ignition is off. The manual says to "unplug accessories" to avoid draining the battery overnight. Is there switched 12v power available anywhere, or perhaps a setting somewhere to change this? In my prior ride (2001 Bonneville SSEi) the port remained on for a bit (couple of minutes perhaps?) and then turned off to save the battery. I'm trying to plug in my radar detector and have it come on with the car starts without having to hard-wire...

Any thoughts? LOVE the FEH btw!
