OK, Thanks for the info it seems like too much trouble to install dual lines. Then how about, if I hook the headers, one converter and after that split the system. One of my buddies is saying that, If you go in 3' and come out 2.5'the back pressure and the flow will not get distorted plus, I should be able to get the same performance of dual pipe lines. I dunno! I am contemplating for the time being. Actually, the off-road chip with thermostat replacement and low restriction muffler will eventually give more power but will render the life of the engine also. I also do not want to be illegal. By the way Summit has a chip for $169. For your kind info.

Thanks for all the info folks. I have to spare some greenbacks to go on now. I installed the remote starter and keyless entry, it is very cool. Especially in this cold weather. $49 at Summit. I will strongly suggest.

In the cargo area there are two grooves on the right and left side. Like slide channel. I bet some sort of shelf was sliding in there. So that people will not be able to see your cargo. Any idea where can I find one?

Thanks again folks, talk to you soon.

Yasa

<<<one converter and after that split the system>>> <<<go in 3' and come out 2.5'the back pressure and the flow will not get distorted plus, I should be able to get the same performance of dual pipe lines>>> Exactly what I'm talking about there big guy. You can find a high-performance catylitic converter with a 3" inlet, and two, 2.5" outs, thus the California Duals. Now as far as deciding on mufflers, unless you already know what you want, you'll get all kindsa suggestions from everyone you know, and then some. Use Thrushmasters, they're lo-restriction, use glasspacks, they flow thru and sound great, and just about every other suggestion you can think of. Basically, that's something yer gonna hafta figure out fer yerself.

Keep the rubber side down,
David

Go to the Elbrock site. They have chips,50-state legal headers, cat-back system (single cat-dual outlet, you name it. Well, they really didn't list a low end cam, mostly racing cams. Crane cams have been around for a long time and they have off-road configurations. As far as mufflers are concerned, get quiet ones. You go out into the backwoods and trails to get away from civilization. So don't bring any more noise with you. Just my opinion. If you are in it for a display of HP and road work. Get a mild cam, adjust the diff-ratio, and go Thrushmaster/glass packs. Love the rumble. Might get the adjustable ignition control. Tune eng to road, town, off-road from your seat.
