Today I notice ticking when I place my ZX3 in gear. Any one else have this problem?

I have also had this ticking in my ZX3 and took it back for servicing.the tech changed the fluid on mine anod its has stopped.But,i have what seems to be a slight valve tick in mine.Is this car 'tick' infested?What gives?

I also have a tick but its when i push in the clutch, any ideas on what this could be? Or does it just need some wd40.
