When can you tell is the best time to change the fuel filter. When you are getting less then 300 miles on 15 gallon gas tank. When all my driving is mainly city driving. Unless someone has another idea. I have changed plugs and wires. Any information will be appreciated very much. Thanks, Brian '95 SEEEEEEEEE

Most often you will hear 12 months, 12,000 miles. I do it every year, myself. Most people notice a difference, if your car feels sluggish, throttle response isn't as good, or idling seems to be rougher, you might be due. Also, if you bought your car used, Id say 9 times out of 10, it hasn't been changed. Personally, outside of the lists and myself, I dont know of any people who regularly do this, it really does helps.
