I love my Ford F150 4x4 but Ford has to have the worst "Customer Service" of any of the major manufacturers. I have very little problems since owning it, but when it comes to warranty work, it's like pulling teeth. So, unfortunately, I am selling my truck. A picture is in the photo section. If anyine knows of someone who wants this beauty, have them e-mail me. I would love to sell it to a true Ford lover.

Don't be to hard on ford I owned a 97 chevy one ton 4x4 a few years back and had the worst luck <br>with getting any warranty work done on it so that tells me that it happens with all manufacturs<br><br>john

I will let you in a little secret. I work for Ford and i will tell you,Warrentee work does not pay well.It pays half of retail work so sometimes the warrentee work gets shoved to an apprentice..I should know, i am an apprentice. Also ,Ford is worried that Ford Warrentee will not pay the company for the part they replaced leaving it in the hands of the dealership to eat the part and labour..Just a little info. So don't be mad at Ford, all dealerships do the samething. Dodge is the worst...<br>Thanks
