iwas wondering how have some of the members escape have done while towing something. i was looking at the ford escape and the f-150 supercrew. i like them both for their room in side. the main downside for me is that that the f-150 sc has bad gas mileage. so i was thinking about buying a trailer for the escape so if i need to get something big i can put it in the trailer or if i need bags of dirt for the garden i can put it in the trailer to tow it home. and wheni don't need it i can park it on the side of the house and save on gas. i was just want some advice for this issue that i have thank you Derrick from cali

Well you can't really compare the towing capacity of an F-150 with the Escape, but the Escape will tow up to 3500 lbs with the optional towing package.<br><br>I've towed up to about 2500 lbs, and the Escape handled it without a problem.
