I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport that has developed two problems:

1. Whenever the car hits a bump, the vehicle moves to the right or to the left more than it used to.

2. Frequently, when turning, the back end of the truck feels like it is moving or fishtailing - almost like it has a trailer connected to it and I feel the trailer move.

Any ideas on either of these issues?

How many miles? It may be time for new rear shocks. And don't forget the fifth shock that sits horozantally.
