How much trouble is it to change them and is it worth the trouble. I have a 93 with a 3.8 (not sc, I wish though). I do pull a small pop up camper from time to time so any extra hores would be great. Any help is very much appreciated.

you will never notice it, if you were driving a smog pump or a supercharger maybe. You have so much more holding the car back, exhaust, intake, etc. It's all marketing on those pulleys. You would be better off getting a chip with the shift improvements on it.
