Hey everyone.. im trying to get a muffler for my car sometime during the weekend and am wondering what universal muffler i should go for... I have a 94 PSE ATX.. i was considering the borla universal and have also seen the flowmaster muffler 2 chamber... dynomax also.. each of these need extra tips... im just wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions or opinions of any of these products... im not sure if ill go for a custom cat back.. i may just go with a muffler... anyone know how long the stock system lasts for?? Has anyone ever used the Thrush Cherry Bomb muffler? I never knew anyone to use it on a Probe but lots of guys put it on Nissan and Toyota and Honda with great results. Sometimes you can get these down around $20. Nestor Evancevich '97 Probe Base

Do NOT get a Thrush Cherry Bomb glasspack unless you want to sound like a TRUE rice burner. Go for a Borla Boomer or one of the polished muffler/tip combo universal mufflers made by Maxspeed, Nakayama, and Racer Design. - Charles Wells 93PSE - NGK Blue 8mm Wires - NGK V-Power Plugs - Weapon-R Intake - Racer Design Stainless Steel Exhaust - Eibach Springs - 17" Advanti Racing Concepts - Falken Ziex ZE-502's - lots of other stuff.

I've put a Cherry Bomb glasspack on my 94PGT for fun before. It almost sounds like running without a muffler but not as good. Kei 94PGT
