Everytime I start my car and move without the engine totally warming up I hear an aweful scretching sound. I personally think that it is my power stearing belt, but im not sure. Do you guys have a clue? cause I surely dont. Please help.

Belt dressing, replace the belt, tighten the belt.  Pick one or a combination.
