Hey everyone. I just bought a 98 Explorer and noticed a button on the dash below the rear washer knob with the picture of a headlight on it. when i push it nothing happens that i can tell. what does this do? how can i fix it or where to look? Thanks

the fog lights are seperate lights under the front bumper?? i didnt notice any on my explorer, but ill look when i get it back from the shop. thanks
